Perfect Optimizer Review

Perfect Optimizer is the strongest competitor for Registry Easy, and I must say it exceeded my expectation and almost became our favourite new and best registry cleaner! If you look at the rating we gave perfect optimizer, it was equal to registry easy in every way, and easy cost a bit more…

In terms of features, Perfect Optimizer almost identical to Registry Easy, with 1-click maintenance, evidence cleaner, duplicate file finder, shortcut and junk file cleaner,  ActiveX blocker, system optimizer, Internet and start up optimizer, and much more! Let’s see how it performs in each category:

Error Detection

I am surprise to see Perfect Optimizer actually found more errors than Registry Easy! However, result is highly dependable on a different machine, but at least in our test environment, it could find more errors than Registry Easy! I must give this a 5/5!

Scan Efficiency

Not particularly fast, but decently quick to detect such an amount of errors, this is another 5/5 rating! However, in comparison with Registry Easy, the scanned result formatting is not as categorized and easy to manage, it will discourage manual exclusion of registry entries, just too much work.

Safe To Repair

Auto backup before cleaning, that is nice! However, no clear listing and of errors and allow for manual exclusion makes it less safe to repair. Don’t let this discourage you, because most end user didn’t need it, only computer enthusiast and power user will use it.

This is the strongest part of Perfect Optimizer! It added spyware cleaner, file associate repair, disk defragger and  worm blocker as opposed to Registry Easy, that’s a big double thumb up for Perfect Optimizer!

Yes, included, also added worm blocker, makes it even better in computer protection.

Deep Scan

Yes, detail and deep scanning provided, even better than Registry Easy!

Boost PC Speed

Same as Registry Easy, they both slightly increased the system performance.

User Friendliness

The interface is clean and nice place to be. However, I found there is a bit delay from click to the interface of each section shows up, and this is a bit annoying, hopefully it will do better in the future.

Value VS Money

This is absolutely a bargain! You really don’t want to miss it!

Task Scheduler

It comes with task scheduler under system maintenance menu, I think if they rename it to task scheduler would be better!

Overall

In overall, I would recommend Perfect Optimizer over Registry Easy, but we still think ACA Utilities takes all! For another $17 you get all 15 utilities for your computer, that’s even valued for money! Unless you insist on just getting the best registry cleaner for your computer, you can disregard all other tools and just get Perfect Optimizer – Highly recommended!Error Detection

I had been thinking not to include this software in the best registry cleaner review, after some thoughts… I just can’t ignore it! Let me explain a bit more. First of all, this is not just a normal registry cleaner, it is not created to help you maintain your registry, but rather a comprehensive Windows XP repair tool. In 3 of our tests, Reimage proves itself by finding out all missing parts and let you see what is missing in your system, and finally let you choose what to repair.

Reimage does works! However, this is not a tool – this is a service package. The software will help you identify your computer problems, and help you restore it to a normal state, but you must pay them for every repair, it works just like sending the computer to a technician for repair, only differences are: you don’t have to send the computer, and you can get instant repair!

Error Detection

Reimage has done an extremely good job in finding errors and missing parts of Windows XP, this is by far the most effective error detection software we ever met!

Scan Efficiency

It takes about 5 to 15 minutes to complete the scan, depending on your computer speed and the problems, this is extremely fast for finding all errors that cause your system to act abnormally.

Safe To Repair

I would say it is rather safe to repair, and if you are not happy with the repair, not only you can undo the repair, you may ask for the full refund as well, if your Windows XP is corrupted, you must try this service.

I would highly recommend this product to anyone who is still using Windows XP, no matter if your computer is slowing down, virus and spyware infection, or unable to boot up, Reimage will be able to fix all those problems, and restore your system like new! If you want to restore your system like NEW, you must try Reimage. The PC Booster alone worth the download; just too bad Reimage still doesn’t support Windows Vista, and I think it will start to support Windows Vista very soon, and I think Windows 7 may need to wait for another year or two…

Using Reimage only if your computer need repairs and restoration. However, you can download the trial Reimage, and install PC Booster to accelerate your XP for free, even if you don’t need repair!

Registry Winner Review

Registry Winner is another highly recommended “to have” registry cleaner, although this is not the best registry cleaner, but I am impressed by its’ ability to find massive errors and especially important feature – tuning tools to speed up your PC! Registry Winner allows you to tune up your registry settings, optimise the default services in your windows and help you defrag your memory (I don’t see much impact for memory defrag, may be some older machines do…)

I must give credit to its’ error detection, although no deep scan available, but it did manage to find tons of errors in the shortest time!

Scan Efficiency

This is the fastest registry cleaner in our test, it found over 600+ errors in just under a minute, that is impressive! However, it doesn’t provide a deep scan through your registry, and many errors came from History/MRU list.

Safe To Repair

It will be auto backup before repair, and all errors are listed clearly in groups, you may manually ignore some of the entries, very safe to use.

Additional Tools

It doesn’t provide duplicate file finder, and most of the tools are similar to registry easy. However, it does provide extra systems tune up feature, which you may want to look into it! I would say it is a bit more efficient in boosting your computer speed as in comparison to other registry cleaners.

I would recommend it for power user who wanted more speed with their computer, and they know what they are doing! Registry tuning can be very effective and also dangerous, improper use may cause a system slow down and crashes. If you like me, don’t mind trading the risk for extra speed, this might be your answer!
